The classic accompaniment to roast beef, Yorkshire pudding can be cooked in the roasting pan while the beef is resting.
Whisk together all ingredients and refrigerate batter while roast beef is cooking.
When beef is done, remove it from the roasting pan to rest, leaving the fat in the pan. Turn the oven up to 400°F.
Drop tablespoons of batter into the roasting pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until pudding is risen and brown.
